What first inspired you to get involved with the Friends of the Library?  
I was new to New Gloucester and was looking for a way to connect with people.

What's your earliest memory of a library?
Getting lost for hours in the YA section, diving into allllll the books that chronicled music hits and movie magic.

What genre or author do you reach for most often?
Mystery/Horror/Suspense

What book has had the biggest impact on you?
The Stand by Stephen King

What’s your favorite travel destination?
Anywhere new! I love to travel and check out new places!

Do you have any pets? If 'yes,' please tell us about them!
Dardee, our 10 y/o rescue pupper--we've had her for 3 years
Mac-n-Cheese--our 2 y/o orange kitties, bros and littermates
Stormy-the brother from another mother! Our 1 y/o feral rescue! He's been livin' his best life with us on the inside since October 2024.

What’s something unexpected you’ve discovered at the NGPL?
How much the library means to the community.

What is your favorite Friends event?
Tiny Timber

What's the best part of being a Friend?
The people. And contributing to the work to help support the NGPL.
