October 18–24, 2026 is Friends of the Library Week!

It’s time to celebrate!

The Friends of the New Gloucester Public Library are gathering for our
Fall General Meeting & Friends Celebration
to recognize all the fun and hard work our Friends have put in throughout the year.

From beautifying the library grounds, to fundraising for library resources, advocating for the library, and supporting our two annual book sales, the Friends are involved in it all!

Join us on October 18 at 1 PM at the New Gloucester Public Library
for our Fall General Meeting, desserts & beverages, and a chance to celebrate
all that we’ve accomplished together.

Interested in becoming a Friend? We can sign you up at the meeting, or you can visit our Membership Page.

Friends, future Friends, and Friends-curious are all welcome!

We’d love to see you there!
